If you store those precious cells now who knows what difference they could make within 25 years? If so, why?<\/strong><br \/>\nYes of course \u2013 because none of us can take our future health for granted. We are all living longer and a lot of us will unfortunately experience illness within our lifetimes \u2013 storing cells that may one day become part of a future treatment or cure will potentially prolong and enrich the lives of both you and your family. It\u2019s a no-brainer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is there anything else you wish to add?<\/strong><br \/>\nI think there should be greater awareness of this service in surgeries and hospitals and more information out there to educate mums into seriously considering storing their baby\u2019s stem cells, if not for themselves then for the use in medical research or to potentially treat someone who really needs them.
